We started our journey with Dried Fruits twelve months after we purchased our Citrus Orchard “Bindoon Fresh” in Bindoon which is in the Chittering Shire Western Australia.

Looking at ways to value add so we could build our business and spend more of our time on our farm doing what we enjoy most, we started dehydrating sliced citrus.
